Services are now comprehensive and time based instead of service based. After booking, you will be directed to fill out a form that identifies what services you would like to have completed during the length of your appointment. Service offerings include calf release, ear reflexology, general reflexology, health consultation, migraine management, plantar fascia management, reiki/energy healing, scalp reflexology, TMJ relief, physical therapy education and sciatica relief.

$30 Tuesday/Thursday offers a 20 minute session at a discount of $30.
Balanced Tree Reflexology does not accept insurance for reflexology services as it is not typically covered. However, if you have a valid Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Saving Account (HSA) card, you can use this to use this to pay for your services. Cash or check accepted at time of service. Otherwise, an invoice will be sent for payment at the end of the work week.
All services are subject to 7.5% sales tax. Cancellation within 24 hours of service will require a $25 fee prior to booking next appointment. No-show or cancellation within 8 hours will be charged at 100% of service.

REFLEXOLOGY is the application of specific pressure by the use of the practitioner’s hands, thumb, and fingers to reflex points in the client’s hands, feet, or ears using alternating pressure to stimulate physiological changes in the body through reflexes and the nervous system.

Calf release: Do you suffer from tight calves due to standing all day? Are you having plantar fasciitis issues as well? It may be due to overall calf issues. This 20-minute session can be considered a stand-alone session or added to any session.
Children reflexology: CHILDREN often benefit from reflexology for anxiety, stress, and pain management. 10 and under. This service is designed for small feet.
Ear reflexology: full body relaxation via ear reflexology, especially great for those who are not a fan of having their feet touched.
Labor relaxation and assistance: Reflexology can be used to help aid in labor induction and an easier delivery for clients that are greater than 38 weeks gestation. Balanced Tree Reflexology has helped clients deliver within 72 hours of a session. No cancellation fees will apply. Schedule today to ensure that you have an appointment close to your due date. All labor induction is scheduled for 60 minutes plus 15 minutes for paperwork.
Migraine management: Best for clients who suffer from migraines on a regular basis. To prevent rebound migraines, session will be kept to only 30 minutes until migraines are less frequent.
New Client Migraine management: Will include a consultation to better understand your migraine pattern, causes, and limitations. Best for clients who suffer from migraines on a regular basis. To prevent rebound migraines, session will be kept to only 30 minutes until migraines are less frequent.
Plantar Fasciitis Management : This is the perfect 40-minute appointment to help manage your plantar fascia issues. During the session, you will learn typical causes, treatment and home management of PF and receive reflexology to start to alleviate your pain. Additional 20-minute consultation for needs included. Additional tools can be purchased for home management.
Reiki/Energy Therapy: Energy therapy is a group of healing techniques that focus on the mind, body, and spirit. These therapies aim to harmonize the energy fields within and around the body, promoting overall well-being. Practitioner will place their hands lightly on or near the recipient’s body, allowing energy flow and assist any energy blockages. Reiki awakens your body’s innate healing by helping to remove energy and emotional blocks and patterns no longer serving you and encourages an improved sense of wellness, peace, and relaxation.
Distance Reiki/ Energy Therapy: This distance-based service is perfect for the person who is busy but needs energy work completed. On the day of the appointment, clients will need to provide their current issue as well as a picture of themselves (can be anything from face to feet). Energy therapy is a group of healing techniques that focus on the mind, body, and spirit. These therapies aim to harmonize the energy fields within and around the body, promoting overall well-being. Reiki awakens your body’s innate healing by helping to remove energy and emotional blocks and patterns no longer serving you and encourages an improved sense of wellness, peace, and relaxation. *Note this service can be requested outside of normal service hours thru waitlist due to the nature of it being a distance service.
Scalp reflexology : Scalp reflexology includes light to medium pressure applied to the scalp in a specific pattern followed by light stroking of the hair. During the reflexology session, the therapist works by stimulating thousands of nerve endings on the scalp, effectively triggering the self-healing potential of the nervous system. Head massage can leave you feeling euphoric and relaxed. Hair should be clean and dry — no products please. * Essential oils can be added to the service.
Sciatica relief : This session will include consultation, stretching, education, and reflexology to help with sciatica pain management.
TMJ Rescue session: Do you suffer from jaw clenching? frequent headaches? TMJ issues? If so, this is the perfect session for you. Facial reflexology will occur only focusing on the TMJ area to help relax all overall tightness in the area. Please note there may be a soreness in the area post service due to overall longstanding tightness.
ZEN TIME (30) ($25) : After your session, you can choose to stay in the office alone to allow for further relaxation. Quiet time can be added to any service and must be booked in advance.
